Equipment Overview

1. This is a Single-Sided Finishing Machine, Fasten the workpieces to stations, the grinding disc with PU polishing leather will rotate counterclockwise, but the workpieces on stations will be drived to rotate clockwise by conditioning ring, Clockwise rotation of workpiece and counterclockwise rotation of finishing media will bring high precision surface quality of workpiece.

2. Use the conditioning ring to precisely correct the grinding disc to obtain a higher flatness.

Application

It is widely used for single-sided mass finishing of workpieces made of metal materials such as stainless steel, copper, bearing steel, hard alloy and various non-metal materials such as sapphire substrate, optical glass, quartz wafer, ceramic, molybdenum sheet, optical fiber splice, plastic molds etc.

Details

Equipment Characteristics

1. Use frequency converter for soft start up and soft shutdown to make sure the impulse is small and avoid damage on the workpieces.

2. This machine adopts PLC control and touch screen panel. Ginding platen rate, timing and grinding time can be adjusted on the screen, and the operation is easy.

3. Adopt Imported motor and inverter, the equipment runs smoothly and has a long service life, so that the workpieces can be processed with higher precision.

4. The workpieces are fastened to the stations on machine by a pressure block, after grinding, the surface of workpieces will not collapse and the flatness can be controlled within the range of ±0.002mm (Φ20mm).

5. The machine is equipped with three groups of stations, which can grind three groups of workpieces at the same time (optional according to the machine model).

6. Adopt grinding compound circulation filling system.

7. Equipped with grinding compound feeder.
