Equipment Characteristics
1. Variable frequency control achieves soft start, soft stop, low impact force, and reduces workpiece damage.
2. The series grinding machine adopts PLC program control, touch screen operation panel, and the grinding disc speed, timing, and grinding time can be directly input on the touch screen, with adjustable speed and easy operation.
3. By using imported motors and frequency converters, the equipment runs smoothly and has a long service life, enabling high precision to be achieved after workpiece processing.
4. The workpiece of the grinding machine is pressurized by a pressure block, which has the characteristics of no edge collapse and high flatness on the surface of the workpiece after grinding. The flatness can be controlled within the range of ± 0.002mm (φ 20mm).
5. The equipment is equipped with three workstations, which can simultaneously perform grinding and processing of three sets of products (depending on the model selection).
6. Grinding fluid circulation filling system.
7. Equipped with a grinding composite feeder.
