Equipment Overview
The working principle of a particle flow polishing machine is to create a certain pressure and flow rate of abrasive particles in the fluid through a specific equipment structure, and then impact and grind the surface of the workpiece. Specifically, equipment typically includes components such as abrasive cylinders, fixtures, pressure control systems, etc. During the machining process, the abrasive particles and fluid mixture in the abrasive cylinder flow through the surface of the workpiece under pressure, polishing and deburring the workpiece.
Application
Complex areas such as inner holes, cross holes, micro holes, irregular holes, curved surfaces, and spherical surfaces that are difficult to reach, such as complex ducts, cavities, and grooves, are treated with deburring, polishing, and other techniques to solve the problem of traditional polishing methods being difficult to handle complex shaped workpieces.
